Luisa Heenan is a qualified CPA and experienced Brisbane business broker who helps business owners achieve the best possible outcome when it’s time to sell.

With a strong accounting background, Luisa places significant focus on understanding the financial position of a business before it goes to market. She works closely with owners to review the numbers, identify the key drivers of value, and ensure the business is well positioned to maximise saleability and attract the right buyers. This early groundwork often plays a critical role in achieving stronger results.

Equally important is understanding the business beyond the financials. Luisa takes the time to learn how each business operates, its structure, key people and growth opportunities. This deeper understanding allows her to guide owners through what can often be a complex and emotional process with clarity, transparency and care. Known for her honesty, professionalism and responsiveness, she prides herself on being a trusted advisor throughout the journey.

Luisa’s career spans accounting, banking and business ownership, and includes 15 years living and working in Japan, giving her a global perspective and adaptability that clients value.
Working within the LINK Corporate division, she specialises in businesses across trades, education, retail, e-commerce and professional services, bringing both technical rigour and genuine personal commitment to every engagement.

Outside of work, Luisa enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband, their two daughters, and their Rhodesian Ridgeback.
